- Participation in this Group Buy requires a S$20 deposit. This deposit is strictly non-refundable.
- Important Eligibility Requirement: This group buy is only exclusive for residents of this estate. Orders placed by individuals residing outside this designated area will be voided during the final checkout process, and the S$20 deposit will not be refunded.
- The final discounted price for the ErgoTune chair is determined by a tiered structure based on the total number of confirmed sign-ups received through the Find Group Buy platform by the campaign's end date. The applicable discount tier will be finalised after the campaign concludes.
- Participants who paid the deposit will receive a unique promo code via email within 5 working days after the campaign ends. This code will allow you to purchase the chairs at the final unlocked group discount price.
- Please note that the S$20 deposit is not an additional discount applied during the final checkout; it is your initial commitment fee. Please ensure that you use your code before its expiry date, which is 30 days after issue. You may select a delivery date up to 6 months in advance.
