All's good with the chair except that the left arm rest is a bit looser than the right side, not sure if it can be tightened as it was affixed by their delivery guy..
Fast delivery and easy set-up. Extremely comfortable and premium desk chair. Great quality in ergonomic design.
Fantastic chair that is super comfy. My only gripe is the head rest slightly touches the shoulders when at the optimal position, but it has otherwise been perfect so far.
Should provide free installation too; paid $450 still need to install chair myself.
Have to self assemble which is ridiculous especially when the chair is so expensive. Knobs are not intuitive too.
