Great quality chair
While the support staff were helpful friendly and quick to respond. I can’t say the same about their transport company they choose to use all their infantry management system. I placed my order over four weeks ago. With it being in stock and ready to be delivered within 5-7 days if I recall correctly. A month later and it’s still not here. while I acknowledge this is nothing to do with the chair itself. I ordered this chair based on the lead time as my other office chair had unfortunately broken and I needed a replacement quickly. My back is now aching from sitting in a dining chair for over a month. Probably explains why this isn’t a happy review!
I am writing this on the 10th of december. I ordered my chair on the 28th of October and still have not received confirmation of it being sent. I have been in contact with support a few times a week and they assure me that it's coming soon. I gave them until yesterday to give me a tracking number or I would request a refund. Now that it is passed that day, they have gone from replying promptly to delaying responses to my email. If you order this, you will not receive your chair within a week as the website says.
The chair is good quality and the delivery is prompt.
Hefty price? Yes.
This chair really supports your back, like I mean it. Very comfortable and breathable, especially for those who have swamp ass like mine.
Tried multiple chairs but unfortunately, they aren't that aggressive which my back requires.
