Post-sales Support Excellence

I want to write to commend about the post sales support from Ergotune. I bought the classic model some years back. Recently the air-chair nuts came off and damaged. I wrote to Ergotune support to see if I can purchase the spare nuts. They were very prompt in their responses and prepared a set of nuts for me including the ellen key tool. This is very thoughtful from their part. Best of all - the spares are free. I included a photo of what they had given me.

The ease and speed of support and delivery were tremendous. Never have I ordered a chair and got it delivered within 2 hours.

The customer support team were prompt and responsive to my request for assistance as well.

The design of the chair was great too. If only the cost could be reduced slightly, I am quite sure a majority of market share would be obtained in a saturated market.
