I had a Ergotune Supreme chair and wanted to upgrade it after having used it for 4.5 years. This is the perfect upgrade and the fact that it is in green was a Killer. I love the chair having used it for a week and love seeing it to everytime I head to my study.
1. Beautifully designed and fairly well built chair, with a splendid headrest - but comes with a too hefty price. The lumbar support is too aggressive for me, even when adjusted at the loosest setting. I can feel the hard plastic frame that holds the mesh of the lumbar support pressing onto my middle-back when I lean back into the backrest which is the BIGGEST problem with this chair as it caused extra pain.
2. The height of the chair's armrest is too high, even at it's lowest setting. For buyers that like to tuck your chair under your table and rest your elbows on your table to ergonomically type, this chair will give you issues. In recline setting, the armrests rises along with the backrest. It would be great if they could be flipped up, really.
3. When I shift/move around/lean into the chair when sitting, there is this weird and constant jiggling sound coming from the bottom of the backrest connecting to the seatpan. Having the chair costing so much and just taken straight out of the box, this is extremely unsatisfactory as I wouldn't expect to have such issues.
4. Chair's mesh, even though it is meant to be an upgrade from the joobie or the supreme, is still quite abrasive. I'd expect the fabric to be softer and more comfortable, but no. material feels like the hairy side of a velcro.
Advise to all potential buyers is to really try out the chair extensively at showroom before purchasing. And take your time to try out other alternative chairs too. You will get what I mean and also make a better decision.

The product is generally good but the assembly was not a simple bolt in one. One my my screws does not fit in properly and due to that the back cover is protruding out.
This chair is amazing, comfy and very adjustable.
